I’ve lost count of how long we’ve been in isolation in London, but with each day comes the need to eat and considering I am used to working 16-20 hour days on my feet I’m not accustomed to thinking about meals. I’ve noticed lots of people have been baking whilst we’re on lockdown but we only had one egg left in the house, after boiling 2 dozen that we took from the restaurant and freezing them so they didn’t go bad. Luckily to make 8 scones you only need 1 egg and 20 minutes.
